Some Recent Criteria of Discrete Chaos and Their Applications

摘要
This talk will survey some recent results about discrete chaos. Three definitions of chaos, including the well-known Li-Yorke’s chaos, Wiggins’ chaos, and Devaney’s chaos, will be first introduced. They are most often used so far. Their relationships are discussed. Then some criteria of chaos induced by snap-back repeller and turbulent maps will be given in finite-dimensional, Banach, and general complete metric spaces. Finally, some applications in anti-control of chaos will be provided. It is noted that most of the results, introduced in this talk, are recently obtained.
